About Orfali Bros Bistro

Orfali Bros Bistro is a family-led restaurant in Dubai run by three brothers, Mohammad, Wassim and Omar, whose cooking is rooted in Aleppo. It opened in 2021 at Wasl 51 Mall and presents a contemporary expression of Middle Eastern cuisine, guided by tradition, precision and creativity. The site says the kitchen is recognised by the MICHELIN Guide and by international restaurant rankings. Since opening, the team has grown from 18 people to more than 100 and has added a full-time fermentation and research lab, where wild and locally grown ingredients are developed in house alongside the bistro's baking. The restaurant opens from Wednesday to Monday, and reservations are taken by phone, with a WhatsApp line for other enquiries.
