About RAW Coffee Company

RAW Coffee Company is a specialty coffee roaster and café in Al Quoz 1, Dubai, founded in 2007 by Kim, a longtime Dubai resident who noticed a gap in the market. Matt joined her a couple of years later, and the two are equal partners who have grown the business with their own investment. RAW buys its coffee through direct and ethical trade and roasts it fresh at its Al Quoz warehouse, a custom-built working roastery café of 13,500 square feet. The same building houses a training campus for coffee professionals and home enthusiasts. Its current range includes Ethiopian, Mexican, Yemeni and Salvadoran coffees, and beans can be ordered online for delivery. When checked in November 2026, these details were taken from the restaurant's own website.
