The Dubai branch of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics was one of four higher education institutions licensed by the KHDA to open in the 2024-25 academic year. It is based in Dubai Knowledge Park. Its KHDA permit for 2025-26 lists bachelor's programmes in marketing and finance and master's programmes including corporate finance.
